2009 Home Minister P. Chidambaram felicitated the Winners.

Held in Delhi, the award ceremony was presided by Honorable Home Minister P.Chidambaram, and joined by Minister of State for Commerce and Industry, Mr. Jyotiraditya Scindia, as the Guest of Honor who graced the occasion and felicitated the winners.
